Audemars Piguet has launched a special 150-piece version of its Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon in collaboration with AMBUSH designers YOON and VERBAL. The watch combines high-end Swiss engineering with bold artistic direction, centered around a new red-colored tourbillon cage.

At its core is the Caliber 2982, a hand-wound movement built for precision and performance. It includes 212 components, runs at a 72-hour power reserve, and is designed with an open structure that exposes its inner mechanics rather than hiding them.

The biggest visual change is the red anodized aluminum tourbillon cage, a first for Audemars Piguet. Positioned at 6 o’clock, it acts as the focal point of the watch and contrasts sharply with the black open-worked dial. The creators describe the red element as symbolic, representing energy and origin rather than decoration.

The 38.5mm titanium case enhances the modern look with mixed sandblasted, satin, and polished finishes. These textures shift under light, giving the watch a dynamic feel without distracting from the dial. A sapphire caseback, ceramic crown, and engraved collaboration markings reinforce its luxury build.

The watch also comes with interchangeable rubber straps in black and red, designed with a textured “Micro Mosaic” pattern. Each piece is finished with a titanium folding clasp, maintaining the premium construction throughout.

Only 150 units of the YOON and VERBAL collaboration will be produced and sold through Audemars Piguet boutiques worldwide.
