Kylie Jenner is facing another legal battle after a former private chef filed a lawsuit alleging that unsafe working conditions during her pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage. The lawsuit marks the third employment-related case brought against Jenner in roughly two months and raises allegations of pregnancy discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

According to court documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times, the woman, whose identity has not been publicly disclosed, worked as Jenner's private chef between November 2024 and March 2025. During that time, she claims she regularly worked 11 to 12-hour shifts, five days a week, while carrying out physically demanding responsibilities.

The lawsuit states that in early December 2024, after informing her supervisors that she was three months pregnant, she requested reasonable workplace accommodations to protect both her health and her pregnancy. However, she alleges those requests were ignored, and she continued to receive strenuous assignments without additional support.

One of the incidents described in the complaint allegedly occurred on New Year's Eve 2024, when supervisors instructed her to carry heavy food items across streets and uphill without assistance. The former chef claims the workload caused her to become physically overwhelmed.

According to the lawsuit, she became "dizzy, began choking and grasping for air, and required assistance from security personnel, who intervened by providing water and aid."

The complaint also details another incident in early February 2025, when the chef says she was assigned to work at a birthday celebration for Jenner's child in Palm Springs while she was five months pregnant. She alleges that despite asking for help, no additional support was provided throughout the event.

The filing states, "Due to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event. That evening, [she] experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload."

According to the lawsuit, the following morning she woke up experiencing severe bleeding and drove herself to the emergency room, where doctors allegedly informed her that her unborn child no longer had a detectable heartbeat.

The former chef further claims that rather than receiving support after reporting the miscarriage, she was accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in poor condition following the Palm Springs event. She also alleges she later suffered another medical emergency involving severe hemorrhaging.

The complaint says a supervisor later reprimanded her, allegedly telling her, "Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed."

Beyond the pregnancy-related allegations, the lawsuit accuses Jenner's management team of failing to provide reasonable accommodations, discriminating against her because of her pregnancy, misclassifying her as an independent contractor, failing to pay proper wages, and ultimately terminating her employment unlawfully.

The woman claims she later submitted a formal complaint to Jenner's management company, Tri Star, and says she received an email offering a settlement in exchange for signing a release agreement. She is now seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

The lawsuit follows two other employment-related cases filed against Kylie Jenner earlier this year. In April, former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez accused members of the household staff of discrimination and harassment. A month later, another former employee, Juana Delgado Soto, filed a separate lawsuit alleging workplace mistreatment, denial of meal and rest breaks, and retaliation after reporting her concerns to human resources.

The latest case has not yet been resolved, and the allegations remain claims made in court that have yet to be proven.
