SKIMS, the shapewear and lifestyle brand co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, is expanding into a new major market with its first physical store in China, set to open in Hong Kong.

The store will be located at the iconic Times Square shopping complex and is scheduled to launch in November through a partnership with luxury retailer Lane Crawford. This opening represents one of the brand’s biggest international retail milestones so far.

Since launching in 2019, SKIMS has grown rapidly by focusing on body-inclusive essentials designed for comfort, support, and everyday wear. The brand is known for its innovative fabrics, stretch technology, and wide range of sizes, which helped it build a strong global customer base.

The upcoming Hong Kong store will allow customers to experience SKIMS products in person for the first time in the region, offering a more hands-on way to explore its shapewear, underwear, and loungewear collections.
Kim Kardashian described the city as a strong fashion hub with global influence, saying the store will help bring the brand experience closer to customers in a more personal way.

SKIMS co-founder Jens Grede also highlighted the importance of physical retail as the company expands across Asia, noting that in-store experiences remain a key part of how customers connect with the brand.

The Hong Kong launch is part of SKIMS’ broader strategy to grow beyond digital retail and strengthen its presence in major fashion capitals around the world. Final opening details are expected to be announced closer to launch.
