Drake’s latest album, Iceman, is showing no signs of slowing down. Industry projections indicate that the project is on track to claim its third consecutive week at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart, continuing an impressive run since its release.
According to early estimates from music industry analysts at Hits Daily Double, Iceman is expected to generate roughly 174,000 equivalent album units this week. That figure would be enough to keep the album firmly in the No. 1 position and further strengthen Drake’s dominance on the charts.
The success of Iceman is being matched by Drake’s other recent projects. Habibti is currently projected to land at No. 8, while Maid of Honour is expected to secure the No. 18 spot. If the projections hold, Drake will once again have three albums simultaneously charting within the Billboard 200's upper ranks.
The achievement highlights the strong reception to Drake’s latest wave of releases, which has allowed him to occupy multiple positions on the charts at the same time. Few artists are able to maintain that level of commercial performance across several projects simultaneously.
One of the biggest drivers behind Iceman’s continued success has been the breakout single "Janice STFU." The track has quickly become the standout hit from Drake’s recent releases and recently secured its second consecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
The song has gained significant momentum thanks to its catchy production and memorable interpolation of music from Lykke Li. Its popularity across streaming platforms, radio, and social media has helped keep attention focused on Iceman as a whole.
Meanwhile, another major release is expected to enter the chart this week. Paul McCartney is projected to debut at No. 5 with his new solo album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane, giving the chart a notable new entry alongside Drake’s continued reign.
While official Billboard rankings will not be released until next week, the early projections suggest Drake remains the artist to beat. With Iceman maintaining strong sales and streaming numbers, and "Janice STFU" continuing to dominate the singles chart, the rapper is extending one of the most successful runs of his career.
As conversations around this year’s potential "Song of the Summer" continue to grow, "Janice STFU" is increasingly being viewed as one of the strongest contenders, positioning Drake for an even bigger chart presence in the months ahead.
