Drake is already breaking major streaming records after releasing three new albums at once: Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honour.
Within less than a day of their release, Drake became the most-streamed artist in a single day on Spotify in 2026. His album Iceman also became the platform’s most-streamed album in a single day this year.
The success didn’t stop there. The album’s opening song, Make Them Cry, officially became the most-streamed song in a single day on Spotify in 2026.
Drake also made a huge impact on Amazon Music. According to reports, Iceman delivered the biggest first 24-hour streaming debut for a hip-hop album globally this year. Combined, the three albums also achieved the biggest first-day streaming debut worldwide across all genres in 2026 on the platform.
The surprise release happened Thursday night after Drake finished the fourth episode of his Iceman livestream series. Fans originally expected only the release of Iceman, which the rapper had been teasing for nearly two years through livestreams, snippets, and social media hints.
However, at the end of the livestream, Drake shocked viewers by revealing that two additional albums, Habibti and Maid of Honour, would also arrive at midnight alongside Iceman.
Together, the three projects contain dozens of new songs and several guest appearances from artists including Future, 21 Savage, Sexyy Red, Central Cee, and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
The massive release has quickly become one of the biggest moments in music this year, with fans flooding streaming services immediately after the albums dropped.
