Brad Pitt is ready to return to the world of Ocean’s, but getting the old crew back together could come with a familiar problem: their tendency to prank and mess with each other.

‍

In a new video interview shared by Entertainment Tonight, Pitt confirmed that he will reunite with George Clooney, Matt Damon and Julia Roberts for the upcoming Ocean’s 14.

‍

When asked about the return of Clooney, Damon and Roberts, Pitt revealed that the project is already moving forward and praised the script written by Clooney.

"Yeah, we're figuring that out now. George wrote a banger of a script that's actually worth getting up and going, telling another one. So we're gonna do it. I love that."

‍

‍

Pitt's enthusiasm for the film was clear, but his answer changed slightly when he was asked what he was most excited about when it comes to bringing the cast back together.

‍

The actor admitted that while he enjoys working with his longtime co-stars, he also knows that their reunion could bring back the playful chaos that has become part of their dynamic.

"Oh, I'm a little, I'm actually a little concerned," he said. "Cause the hijinks will ensue."

‍

Pitt and Clooney have spent years joking about each other both on and off screen, and the actor has previously teased the possibility of returning for another Ocean's movie.

‍

While discussing the idea of another sequel in the past, Pitt joked that he had "kind of sworn that off for health reasons" before acknowledging that Clooney's new script had changed his mind.

‍

He later described the script as "pretty damn tasty," suggesting that the story was strong enough to bring him back despite his earlier jokes about being finished with the franchise.

‍

Ocean's 14 is also expected to acknowledge that the members of Danny Ocean's crew are no longer as young as they were when the original movies began.

‍

Clooney, who plays Danny Ocean, has previously explained that the age of the characters will be an important part of the new story.

"There was something about the idea that we're too old to do what we used to do, but we're still smart enough to know how to get away with something, that just appeals to me," Clooney told Variety. "They've lost a step, and they need to find a way to work around their limitations."

‍

That approach could give the new film a different dynamic from the earlier installments, with the characters having to rely more heavily on experience and clever planning rather than simply doing everything the way they once did.

‍

Don Cheadle is also set to return, while Andy Garcia will reprise his role as casino owner Terry Benedict. Warner Bros. has approved the movie's budget, although an official production start date has not yet been confirmed.

‍

Julia Roberts has also read the script and previously joked that getting the entire cast's schedules to line up could be one of the biggest challenges facing the production.

"I think Brad works the most. So his schedule is probably the trickiest," Roberts said. "He's not holding it up! He's just so popular."

‍

The reunion comes more than two decades after the modern Ocean's franchise began with Ocean's Eleven in 2001. The film brought together Clooney, Pitt, Damon, Roberts and other major stars for a Las Vegas-set heist story.

‍

Ocean's Eleven became a major box-office success, earning nearly $451 million worldwide. It was followed by Ocean's Twelve and Ocean's Thirteen, with the two sequels collectively bringing in another $673 million globally.

‍

With several of the franchise's biggest stars returning, Ocean's 14 will reunite much of the original crew for another heist. And if Pitt's comments are anything to go by, the biggest threat may not come from the next target, but from what happens when the cast is together again.
